Where it Began
Serafina’s founders, Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato, were lost at sea with little hope in sight when they conceived the restaurant concept. Their sun-soaked idea was a wild departure from the common casual dining establishment, but it fueled their will to survive until a miraculous rescue brought the two to shore. A pact made between best friends, dehydrated in the middle of an endless ocean, quickly became a reality.
Fabio’s architectural skills and Vittorio’s artistic vision have proven to be a brilliant partnership—the fruits of which can be tasted and experienced in Serafina locations all over the world.
Serafina Boston was developed by Sterling Group Management, which holds exclusive rights to establishment in the New England area.
